So in this ‘Extra’ Tip, I am going to provide you some great resources for stock images. I’ll start with FREE sites and then a few PAID sites at the end.
Please add comments if you know of other great resources your fellow printers could benefit from.
FREE Resources

Over 780,000 free stock photos, illustrations, vectors and videos. You’re bound to find what you need here!

Unsplash has an excellent collection of all kinds of spectacular photos. Be sure to look at the collections for similar subject matter.

Freepix has over 200,000 free stock images plus thousands of icons, vectors and PSDs. Author attribution is required unless you upgrade to a premium account.

Sign up with your email address to get free access to a wide range of photos. You can download packs of images and get free images sent to you by email.
PAID Resources
I know, we all prefer free, but sometimes when you need something more specific don’t discount the benefit of paid images (Graphic Artists and Photographers have to eat too!).

Shutterstock has a simply amazing collection of images, icons, vectors, illustrations, videos and music.

Fotolia is an Adobe website offering hand picked collections of high-quality images, graphics, videos, and more from all over the world.
So obviously there are many more paid and free stock image websites out there, this is just a collection of some that I use regularly. Have others you like, drop me a note and I’ll add them here.
As will all images, be sure to check the licensing restrictions to not run afoul of the copyright police. 🙂
